About the Role
Make an impact with NTT DATA. We are seeking a motivated, high‑energy Alliance Manager in the Regional Alliances Team. The role focuses on strengthening strategic relationships with Technology Partners across the region, facilitating business development, and coordinating the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alliance Management
- Support development and management of strategic relationships with Technology Partners at regional and country levels.
- Build trusted working relationships with partner stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Act as a coordination point between the Systems Integration organization and the Technology Partners ecosystem.
- Support creation and execution of regional alliance strategies aligned with business objectives and vendor priorities.
- Business Development Facilitation
- Facilitate connections between opportunities, people, and initiatives across countries and business units.
- Support joint go‑to‑market activities and pipeline development initiatives.
- Assist country teams in identifying, developing, and progressing alliance‑driven opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, pre‑sales, delivery, and partner teams to accelerate business opportunities.
- Encourage collaboration and sharing of best practices across the region.
- Support strategic pursuits and regional growth initiatives.
- Regional Coordination & Virtual Team Leadership
- Coordinate activities with the virtual community of Country Alliance Managers across the region.
- Support alignment of regional priorities, targets, and initiatives.
- Drive consistency, engagement, and collaboration across countries.
- Foster a positive alliance community culture.
- Support tracking and reporting of regional alliance‑related business and program objectives.
- Vendor Enablement & Program Compliance
- Support vendor enablement initiatives such as certifications, training programs, workshops, and executive briefings.
- Ensure alignment and compliance with vendor partner programs and requirements.
- Assist in monitoring competencies, certifications, incentives, and partner status progress.
- Work with country teams to improve readiness and maximize partner program benefits.
- Governance & Reporting
- Support preparation of regional business reviews and alliance governance meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and updates for leadership and vendor stakeholders.
- Maintain visibility on alliance performance metrics, pipeline activities, and enablement progress.
- Support tracking of strategic initiatives and business outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in alliances, partner management, sales support, business development, or within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of Systems Integration environments and multi‑country/global delivery models.
- Exposure to or experience working with major Technology Vendors such as Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, NVIDIA, PANW, Fortinet, Checkpoint, HPE and Juniper.
- Sales or business development experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience within IT services, consulting, or systems integration organizations is beneficial.
