The Executive Head of Global Hybrid Data Center for NTT Data's Technology Solutions business is a key senior leadership role, responsible for YoY profitable growth of the global Technology Solutions Hybrid Data Center Tower. It involves defining and driving the Data Center (DC) growth strategy in partnership and alignment with the regional Technology Solutions and IT services teams. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales & Solutions for NTT Data's Technology Solutions business.
Primary Responsibilities- Develop the global framework for revenue growth in the DC business.
- Drive implementation and delivery through the regional leads/teams.
- Hold P&L responsibility for the Global Hybrid DC practice and achieve success through the regional sales and solutions leaders across the various regions.
- Grow pipeline and ACV bookings with an increase in premium service attach to deals.
- Ensure a clear vendor product/solution strategy and roadmap prioritization alongside the Partner team.
- Ensure alignment with services on service offer strategy and differentiation.
- Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to enhance data center capabilities and services.
- Develop best practices for data center management, including capacity planning, disaster recovery, and security.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the data center industry.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data center efficiency, sustainability, and scalability.
- Define markets for products and solutions, and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve customer adoption, client satisfaction, and revenue growth objectives.
- Provide leadership, development, and oversight for the annual strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) plan in the assigned geography or product portfolio.
- Consistently implement go-to-market strategies for product launches and marketing programs across global, regional, and local customer segments.
- Translate Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and plans into detailed marketing plans with clear tactics and accountabilities.
- Translate consumer needs into product requirements, working with product management and development teams.
- Provide visible leadership and drive joint initiatives across teams such as product management, sales, channels, client services, operations, and marketing.
- Integrate product marketing with data, channel, and product partners.
- Execute marketing activities for a portfolio of complex products/services through their full life cycle.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and tactical execution for product launches in collaboration with various functional areas.
- Develop and deploy a GTM framework that provides a commercial blueprint for proposition launches.

- Substantial related corporate, market, and business strategy experience with thorough knowledge of relevant industries.
- Substantial management and business experience across functional areas and a proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content.
- Applies broad extensive cross‐organizational knowledge to participate in building business strategies and plans.
