Your role at a glance The Senior Manager Product Systems & Tools (m/f/d), leads global product systems strategy ensuring Salesforce and related platforms enable scalable, compliant, and data-driven commercial execution across global data centre markets. Key Responbilities: * Define multi-year product systems roadmap aligned with product offering and pricing strategy * Lead Salesforce architecture optimization, workflow automation, and system governance initiatives * Ensure global data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable system design * Partner with IT and Digital teams to enhance integration between Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, Dataware House and financial systems * Drive automation initiatives reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency * Establish governance standards for product data structures, access controls, and compliance processes * Provide executive reporting on system performance, adoption, and enhancement initiatives * Support Product Offering and Pricing team to configure and maintain product catalog structures, approval workflows, and automation rules within Salesforce and CPQ platforms Knowledge & Attributes: * Master or Bachelor’s degree required * Relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL are beneficial * Significant experience in a similar position, preferably gained within a global technology services organization * Significant experience gained within the technology industry * Multiple years of experience in Salesforce administration, product owner or product systems * Experience within data centre, cloud, telecom, or infrastructure environments preferred * Familiarity with enterprise systems such as DCIM, CMDB, CRM/CPQ, ERP, and analytics platforms * Proven experience leading multinational teams * Deep Salesforce architecture and ecosystem expertise * Strong digital transformation and systems governance experience * Global stakeholder management capability * Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset Who we are As the third largest data centre provider, we operate over 150 data centres in more than 20 countries and regions.
