Your role at a glance: The Senior Manager, Global Investment is a senior management role, responsible for providing data‑based strategic direction to business leaders. This role identifies and addresses business issues and opportunities whilst collaborating closely with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that will realize and drive cost efficiencies. This role contributes to the development of short and medium‑term strategic plans and objectives and is responsible for driving a collaborative and high‑performing culture across the team within their remit.

• Supports the development of a strategic dashboard which indicates the key success measures that will be used to determine the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Contributes to the setting of policies, standards and guidelines for how the organization conducts strategy development and planning.
• Oversees the implementation of strategy, working with internal stakeholders to maximize achievement of overall strategic objectives.
• Ensures the implementation of process, policies and procedures.
• Plans, manages and controls the activities of a team that provides business intelligence and strategic planning support.
• Manages initiatives that analyze business problems and issues.
• Develops and maintains influential relationships in order to ensure the successful delivery and achievement of strategic objectives against the plan and critical success measures.
• Takes responsibility for the development and training of their direct reports.
• Investigates and recommends areas for investment and growth, including innovation opportunities that will contribute to achievement of strategic objectives.
• Provides expert advice to the senior management to enable strategic thinking and optimize the strategic planning processes for the organization.
• Provides access to the relevant tools and systems to enable effective team performance.
• Assigns, monitors and coordinates work assignments and activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.

• At least 5 years’ experience in corporate finance/M&A or real asset investment, including exposure to underwriting, valuing and due diligence.
• Extended experience gained within a similar leadership capacity preferably within a similar global organization.
• Extended experience in planning, developing, and managing budgets.
• Extended experience directly managing people.
• Extended working experience in a strategic leadership and management position, preferably working as a senior strategy manager in a fast‑paced and dynamic business environment.
• Extended experience in strategic planning and analysis, marketing/market research, competitive intelligence, and corporate business development.
• Understanding of the business of Real Estate (and ideally data centers, Corporate Finance and transaction structuring).

• Remain stationary for long periods of time.
• Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.
• Perform work during UK business hours and time zones.

• English fluent required. Additional languages are a distinct advantage.
• Must be able to accommodate calls in global time zones.
• Travel required 25% of time.
• Predominantly office based and from time to time will be permitted to perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.
