This role is pivotal in shaping and driving the public narrative for our data centre solutions across Europe.
Based within the EMEA region, you will work closely with business leaders, marketing, and industry partners to build brand awareness, secure impactful media coverage, and position us as a leading voice in the data centre and AI infrastructure market.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and lead PR strategies and activities for our data centre platform across the EMEA region, encompassing AI infrastructure, colocation, interconnects, and full-stack data centre solutions.
- Collaborate with regional business leaders, marketing leads, and industry partners to craft and deliver compelling stories about our data centre offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology, trade, and business media across EMEA, including journalists, editors, and analysts.
- Proactively pitch stories and work with reporters to secure high-impact press coverage across EMEA markets.
- Develop and execute regional PR campaigns around data centre launches, company milestones, customer success stories, and industry events.
- Represent the company at EMEA industry events, press briefings, and conferences to amplify brand presence.
- Track and report on media coverage, PR KPIs, and campaign performance across the EMEA region.
- Identify proactive PR opportunities beyond launches to sustain and grow regional media momentum.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
- Multiple years of PR or communications experience at a leading technology company or PR agency, with a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrable experience in crafting and executing PR programs within the EMEA region, with an understanding of the unique media landscapes across key markets.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in one or more additional European languages is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical messages into compelling narratives.
- Established relationships with technology and business media across key EMEA markets.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different geographies and time zones.
- Creative, collaborative, and proactive — always looking for ways to keep PR momentum going beyond launches and announcements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across cultures.
- Experience in data centre, cloud infrastructure, colocation, or enterprise technology PR.
- An appetite for staying current on data centre, AI, and enterprise technology trends.
- Existing positive relationships with technology reporters and editors covering the data centre space in EMEA.
- Experience supporting PR programs around AI, HPC, or sustainability topics in a data centre context.
