Your role at a glance As our Senior Financial Modeling Analyst you will report to the Senior Director-Global Investment Financial Analysis.
This position is a high-impact role responsible for developing, maintaining, and interpreting complex business case models supporting large-scale (GW-level) data center investments and strategic initiatives.
This role plays a critical part in: Supporting investment decision-making for large hyperscale and multi-GW development programs Translating commercial, operational, and financing inputs into robust financial models Partnering closely with, Investment team to support Dev Co formation, capital structuring, and execution of large deals Support sales by evaluating impact of large sales deals on Asset ROI.
This position requires deep technical modeling expertise with strong focus on debt financing, capital structure mechanics, and scenario analytics.
