Your role at a glance:

  • The Manager Capital Planning and Analysis (m/f/d) is responsible for overseeing portfolio performance and capital planning initiatives across the global investment pipeline.
  • This role gathers, analyzes, and synthesizes financial recommendations on new capital investments and large sales opportunities.
  • It works closely with Sales, Construction, Product, Investment, and other stakeholders to build business case models for new and existing locations, analyze profitability, provide strategic financial recommendations, and monitor performance against plans.
