Your role at a glance As Regional Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager you will work with a variety of stakeholders (internal and external) at all levels, both on site and As the Regional Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager, you will lead and continuously improve EHS performance across multiple UK data centre locations.

As a trusted advisor to operational teams, project stakeholders, contractors and senior leadership, you will ensure compliance with UK legislation, customer requirements and corporate standards while promoting best practice across all areas of the business.

This is a highly influential role focused on driving a strong safety culture, environmental excellence, and continuous improvement within a high-risk, business-critical environment.

As the EHS subject matter expert for the UK region, you will provide specialist guidance, influence key stakeholders, ensure compliance, and contribute to wider EMEA initiatives.

This hybrid roles offers a high degree of flexibility and autonomy, with regular travel to UK sites in Dagenham, Hemel Hempstead and Slough, alongside occasional travel across the EMEA region as required.

What you will do 1.

Responsible for delivering continuous improvement in EHS Management to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of employees, any others that could be affected by our activities and minimising or eliminating impacts on the environment 2.

Provision of competent person role as required under The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and delivery of EHS advisory services, along with assessments, inspections, investigations, audits, consultation, etc 3.

Maintaining EHS systems, processes, documentation and arrangements to ensure effective service support across EMEA, delivering legislative, best practice and company rules compliance. 4.

Point of contact for external bodies (HSE, EA) as well as hyperscale and colocation clients/representatives 5.

Deliver high-quality EHS services and function as a Super User of our EHS Enterprise System (Interlex).
