Your role at a glance: The Principal Internal Programme Manager – Data Office (m/f/d) plays a key role in translating strategic data priorities into actionable, enterprise-wide initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of data governance, strategy execution, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise data standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the position drives data maturity, transparency, and operational excellence across the organisation. It requires a strong data background, programme leadership experience, and the ability to deliver results through influence. • Proven experience in programme or project management within data, analytics, or governance environments
• Strong understanding of data governance, data management frameworks, and enterprise data strategies
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into structured initiatives and drive execution across global teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership engagement
• Analytical mindset with experience in data quality, reporting, and insight generation
• Experience working in cross-functional, international environments and driving change through influence
• High level of organisation, judgement, and ability to manage multiple priorities in complex settings

What you will do:

• Drive and coordinate enterprise data initiatives, ensuring alignment with data strategy and business objectives
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards
• Translate strategic priorities into programmes, workstreams, and actionable deliverables across the organisation
• Enable data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration
• Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels to drive data adoption and organisational change
• Monitor data quality, identify risks, and support the implementation of improvement measures and governance processes
• Collaborate with technology and platform teams to ensure data solutions meet business needs and enterprise standards
• Prepare clear documentation, reporting, and decision materials to support leadership and programme transparency
