Your role at a glance The Director, Portfolio Management (m/f/d), plays a critical leadership role within Global Portfolio Management, responsible for structuring, executing, and actively managing third-party investment in EMEA greenfield data centre assets.
The role spans the full development lifecycle, from origination and feasibility through financing, construction, delivery, and stabilisation.
The position serves as a strategic partner to investors, senior leadership, and key internal functions including Finance, Legal, Construction, Design, and Power.
