- Point of contact for external bodies (HSE, EA) as well as hyperscale and colocation clients/representatives.
- Deliver high‑quality EHS services and function as a ‘Super User’ of our EHS Enterprise System (Interlex).
- Monitor EHS performance, analyse trends, report on KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental legislation and manage regulatory engagement where required (point of contact for HSE and EA).
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, inspections, and behavioural safety programs, support projects, change management activities, and facilitate employee consultation and participation processes.
- Support Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) arrangements, including waste, hazardous waste, water, pollution prevention, permitting, sustainability, carbon reduction, ESG reporting, and environmental performance monitoring.
- Develop and deliver EHS training, communications, awareness initiatives as well as ongoing development of zero harm and behavioural safety improvements.
- Support requirements for internal and external audits, maintaining certifications to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
What are we looking for:

- Proven history of advising, supporting, or managing Health, Safety, and Environmental functions across multiple site/locations.
- Experience engaging with UK regulators including the HSE and Environment Agency.
- Experience in EHS advisory roles, leading audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Possess and evidence effective communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience within data centres, critical infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing, or other high‑risk operational environments.
