We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Junior Litigation & Claims Counsel to join our global Legal team. This full‑time permanent role will support the management of litigation, claims, disputes, investigations, and related risk management initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of litigation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, and other disputes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist in developing case strategies in collaboration with senior legal counsel and external counsel.
  • Coordinate fact gathering, document collection, and preservation activities.
  • Monitor litigation developments, deadlines, budgets, and reporting requirements.
  • Review briefs, settlement agreements, and other dispute‑related documents.
  • Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing claims, including customer, vendor, subcontractor, and third‑party claims.
  • Support claim investigations, root‑cause analyses, and resolution strategies, including coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in assessing claim exposure, reserves, settlement opportunities, and recovery options.
  • Help develop, implement, and maintain litigation and claims management policies, procedures, and playbooks.
  • Support compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent) and admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
  • Post‑qualification legal experience, preferably in litigation, disputes, claims, or investigations.
  • Experience gained at a law firm, corporate legal department, or government agency.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and international teams.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting cross‑border disputes or multinational legal matters.
  • Preferred: Exposure to commercial disputes, construction claims, technology disputes, or regulatory investigations.
  • Preferred: Experience working with external counsel and litigation budgets.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with discovery, legal hold, and document management processes.
  • Additional language capabilities are a plus.

Compensation

Base salary for this position is $151,800 - $155,300. All regular full‑time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
