The Global Investment Team is responsible for identifying, developing, and carrying out NTT GDCs capital planning, allocation, and recycling strategies. The Investment Manager, Divestment Enablement (m/f/d), will work closely with the Divestment Enablement lead and other stakeholders to manage all aspects of capital recycling projects. These projects may involve restructuring, due diligence, transactions, and operationalization, either independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that advance strategic objectives
- Define and manage project scope, design implementation concepts, establish project governance (e.g. roles, responsibilities, timelines, reporting), and oversee progress, changes, costs, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate stakeholder requests; research, analyze, and visualize information to formulate structured responses
- Proactively identify and address project gaps to ensure successful outcomes
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, delivering clear and timely progress updates
- Develop and document processes to enhance the efficiency of the Global Investment team
- Handle sensitive information with discretion while actively contributing to team knowledge-sharing
Required Experience
- University degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Multiple years of relevant professional experience
- Multiple years of project experience in both national and international contexts
- Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, Scrum) are desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills, internally and externally
- Expertise in project planning and organization
- Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to produce executive-level PowerPoint materials
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and across functions in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
