We are currently seeking a Success Manager / Programme Lead to join our team in London, London, City of (GB-LND), United Kingdom (GB).
Job Description Owns end-to-end program success across scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes.
Acts as the primary point of accountability, aligning stakeholders, governing delivery, and driving adoption and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities Define and manage program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and KPIs.
Establish governance (Steer Co/PMO) and run cadence: status, risks, decisions, and change control.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, QA, operations).
Drive stakeholder alignment and communications; manage expectations and escalations.
Ensure benefits realization: adoption, NPS/CSAT, usage analytics, and ROI tracking.
Implement risk/issue management with mitigation and contingency plans.
Manage budget, vendor contracts, and resource planning.
Champion best practices in delivery (Agile/Hybrid), compliance, and quality.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree; MBA or PMP/Prince2 preferred.
Strong program leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Agile/Hybrid delivery, PMO governance, risk & financial management.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive reporting.
Experience8–12+ years leading multi-workstream programs in digital/technology initiatives.
