This is a hands-on, leadership-focused opportunity to influence data centre operations at scale. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li tailored benefits /li li learning and development opportunities /li li flexible work options /li li support for wellbeing /li li career growth opportunities /li li diversity and inclusion initiatives /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead on-site installation teams for DC operations and field service engagements as the client’s primary contact /li li Install and decommission data centre network, server, storage, and telecom equipment following SOPs /li li Install and test fibre and copper cabling, including fibre terminations and RJ45 terminations /li li Ensure client infrastructure is configured, installed, and tested per operational solution /li li Coordinate with clients, carriers, and colleagues to expedite delivery and diagnose issues /li li Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to junior team members /li li Uphold quality standards and latest MOPs, conduct toolbox talks and site briefings, ensure PPE and safety practices /li li Monitor project progress and enforce delivery to quality standards /li li Follow handover procedures for shift changes to ensure service continuity /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Substantial experience in technical client support /li li Experience in managing staff to achieve first-time-right deployments /li li Knowledge of data cabling infrastructure, installation standards, and testing /li li Understanding of network routing and switching /li li Entry-level experience providing remote support in collaboration technologies /li li Full, clean driving license /li li Proximity to London and potential travel to Ireland/EU /li li Discretionary willingness for out-of-hours work to meet customer SLOs /li /ul ul li Excellent communication, both verbal and written /li li Strong planning and foresight for project activities /li li Positive, resilient attitude under pressure /li li Data cabling infrastructure /li li Fibre and copper testing and termination /li li RJ45 cable termination /li /ul
