Job Summary:

The Senior Change & Training Consultant will lead change activities in IT-led transformation programs, engaging stakeholders and applying relevant change management methodologies as per Statements of Work.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Potential supervision of other OCM professionals within the team or client organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to deliver change initiatives successfully.
• Apply OCM methodologies to manage change activities aligned with project goals.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure organizational alignment.
• Provide leadership to change teams and support change and training tools.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, business development, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• PROSCI or Advanced APMG Change Practitioner certification preferred.

Required Skills / Abilities:

Experience in Organizational Change Management, stakeholder management, applying change methodologies, and training development. Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills are essential. Knowledge of SAP-related projects is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel and work flexibly.
• Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
