As the Sub-Sector Head for Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the growth strategy for NTT DATA’s Manufacturing sub-sector. Reporting to the Sector Head, you will:
- Define and implement the Manufacturing sub-sector strategy in collaboration with the Sector Head, ensuring alignment with overall sector goals and objectives.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities, focusing on strategic accounts and partnerships within the Manufacturing industry.
- P&L and Pipeline Management: Own the P&L for the Manufacturing sub-sector, setting and achieving financial targets through strategic planning and proactive measures. Oversee pipeline qualification and prioritization, ensuring resources and pre-sales efforts focus on high-value opportunities.
- Business Development: Cultivate and strengthen peer-to-peer relationships with senior and C-level executives in new and existing Manufacturing clients. Provide hands-on leadership in pre-sales activities, including proposal development, bid reviews, and client presentations. Represent NTT DATA at industry events, conferences, and forums, positioning the company as a leader in Manufacturing IT services. Negotiate terms and close contracts with clients, achieving sales targets while adhering to governance requirements.
- Delivery Oversight: Collaborate closely with the Delivery Director to ensure the successful execution of Manufacturing projects. Act as the first point of escalation for delivery issues and engage with clients at an executive level during monthly governance boards.
