We are currently seeking a Technical Consultant to join our team in London, London, City of (GB-LND), United Kingdom (GB).
Job Description Establishes, documents, and improves operational processes and SOPs to enhance efficiency, compliance, and quality.
Key Responsibilities Map processes (as-is/to-be); identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Develop SOPs, RACI charts, and control plans; maintain revisions.
Define KPIs and monitor performance; run audits and root cause analyses.
Enable training and change management for process adoption.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's in Engineering/Operations; Six Sigma/Lean preferred.
Process modeling (BPMN), documentation, continuous improvement, compliance.
Experience 5–9+ years in process engineering within tech or operations contexts.
