The Strategic People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner for Global Marketing and Global Finance is a leadership role accountable for translating business strategies into actionable P&C initiatives that are data-driven, future-focused, and grounded in industry best practices. Reporting into Global P&C, this role is deeply embedded within the business to ensure that people and culture priorities are fully aligned with evolving strategic goals, operating models, and ways of working.
This role builds strong, trust-based relationships with senior leaders across both functions to influence decision-making and shape the talent agenda. It also plays a critical role in fostering cross-functional collaboration, driving enterprise-wide consistency, and enabling transformation through people.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops and executes a future-focused people strategy aligned with the strategic goals of Global Marketing and Global Finance, enabling business transformation and enablement.
- Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping the talent agenda, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture across the global functions.
- Leads strategic workforce planning and organizational design to support transformation, growth, and operational efficiency, and readiness for emerging technologies – including AI and digital transformation.
- Translates business priorities into actionable P&C initiatives using data-driven insights and industry best practices.
- Collaborates with P&C Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and other P&C professionals – globally or regionally - to deliver high-impact, business-aligned people solutions across talent, performance, rewards, and engagement.
- Champions diversity, equity, and inclusion across all people initiatives, fostering a culture of belonging and inclusive leadership.
- Leverages people analytics to inform decision-making and measure impact.
- Acts as a change leader, enabling transformation through people and ensuring alignment during periods of change.
- Ensures compliance with employment regulations and internal policies, proactively managing people-related risks and governance.
- Stays informed on global P&C trends – including AI-driven workforce strategies and applies insights to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
- A strategic and globally minded P&C professional with the ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with executive leaders.
- Deep business acumen and skilled in navigating the complexities of a global workforce.
- Strong understanding of emerging P&C trends, including the impact of AI and digital innovation.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources or organizational psychology or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or HRCI (SPHR) are advantageous.
- Significant years of progressive P&C leadership experience, ideally within a global technology services or similarly dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Proven success leading diverse, high-performing teams and driving large-scale organizational change and transformation across global or multi-regional contexts.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering innovative people strategies that enhance employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and cultural alignment in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong track record of leveraging people analytics and workforce data to inform strategic decision-making and measure impact at the executive level.
- Solid experience navigating organizational transitions during periods of uncertainty, with a focus on maintaining employee engagement, business continuity, and talent retention.
- Exposure to emerging workforce trends—including the impact of AI, digital transformation, and skills evolution—and the ability to translate these into actionable people strategies.
