Job Summary
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Service Now Presales Consultant to accelerate the development and expansion of our Service Now portfolio, with a specific focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Service Operations.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Approach
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, sales teams, and Service Now specialists to define and lead the GTM strategy targeting the ITOM, ITSM, and Service Operations market segments.
- Develop and articulate service portfolios, including advisory services, service packages, innovations, and value propositions aligned with customer needs.
Pre-Sales Support and Service Design
- Partner closely with sales functions and Service Now experts to manage and coordinate all presales activities.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of presales support, including RFP responses, proposal creation, service design, estimates, client engagement, and presentations.
Advisory Services Development
- Design and deliver a portfolio of advisory services aimed at optimizing IT operations, validating roadmaps, and supporting implementation strategies.
- Drive new revenue streams through advisory services offerings in alignment with customer success frameworks.

- Lead and define the Service Now GTM strategy, service portfolio, and advisory offerings in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Support marketing and sales teams by providing digital content, thought leadership, campaign support, and customer advocacy development.

- Prepare high-quality RFP responses, compelling proposals, and innovative service designs.
