Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and oversee strategic 1:1 ABM and 1:Few industry programs aligned with regional and country business priorities. Collaborate with country marketing, campaign CoE, and global ABM/industry teams to ensure alignment of objectives, client needs, and execution. Actively manage a selection of high-priority accounts and industry programs to model best practice delivery.
  • Governance & Operating Model: Ensure consistent application of global ABM and industry marketing methodologies across the region. Lead the continuous evolution of the regional operating model, improving governance, scalability, and time-to-impact. Establish clear visibility of plans and impact across regional and country programs.
  • Performance & Measurement: Define and monitor measurable objectives linked to global marketing KPIs, capturing program impact on relationship, reputation, and revenue. Own the regional ABM pipeline target, ensuring effective tagging and reporting of marketing-impacted pipeline. Share insights and feedback to refine global and regional strategies, ensuring data-driven improvement.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Build strong alignment with business leadership, account teams, and country marketers to ensure program relevance and adoption. Serve as the primary liaison between global industry teams and regional/country industry marketers, ensuring the right accounts are included in programs and countries are effectively opted in. Communicate regional results, best practices, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and global teams.
  • Content, Best Practice & Knowledge Sharing: Identify opportunities to reuse content, assets, and strategies to accelerate program execution and improve ROI. Champion best practices and act as a regional subject matter expert in ABM and industry marketing methodologies. Support global campaigns and brand initiatives by tailoring content and tactics for industry and account contexts.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop the European ABM & industry marketing team, ensuring clarity of roles, delivery excellence, and professional growth. Provide coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Represent team feedback internally, ensuring effective two-way communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage regional budgets for ABM and industry marketing, ensuring accurate forecasting, contract compliance, and ROI measurement. Oversee third-party services, ensuring procurement processes are followed and investments deliver measurable business outcomes.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • ABM certifications or industry-recognized marketing accreditations desirable.
  • Continuous learner with evidence of professional development in digital marketing, client engagement, business development or industry marketing.

Required experience:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, and at least 1 year in ABM.
  • Strong track record in account-based marketing (ABM) and industry-specific marketing in technology, consulting, or professional services environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-regional or multi-country marketing programs within a matrixed organization.
  • Solid understanding of ABM methodologies (1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many) and their application to drive business growth.
  • Skilled in multi-channel engagement strategies, data-driven marketing, and the use of behavioural, intent, and predictive data to optimize client engagement.
  • Proficient in program measurement frameworks, particularly those linking marketing outcomes to relationship, reputation, and revenue.
