We are currently seeking a Senior DevOps Analyst to join our team in London, United Kingdom.

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in CI/CD, cloud platforms, automation, containerization, and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will drive DevOps best practices, enable scalable deployments, and ensure high availability and performance of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead incident response.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote best practices.
- Support Agile and DevSecOps initiatives.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Linux/Unix administration.
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
- Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP (at least one).
- Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation.
- Configuration Management: Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Scripting: Bash, Shell, Python.
- Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk.
- Version Control: Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
- Security: IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning.
Experience & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps / Site Reliability / Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
- Experience supporting high-availability, production systems.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Good to Have
- Experience with DevSecOps practices.
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Helm, ArgoCD, or Spinnaker.
- Cloud or DevOps certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
