Experience: 10+ years (5+ years in Knowledge Graphs / Ontology Engineering)Role Overview
We are looking for a Knowledge Graph Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise knowledge graphs. This role will define the ontology, data model, and canonical vs. interpretive boundaries, enabling scalable, high-quality graph data for AI-driven use cases, including Graph RAG. The role also requires strong team leadership, including coaching, mentoring, and building internal capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design
- Define node types, relationships, schemas, and property standards
- Design scalable and extensible graph data models
- Establish versioning and lifecycle standards
- Ontology & Governance
- Develop ontologies, taxonomies, and semantic frameworks
- Define canonical vs. interpretive data boundaries
- Govern schema evolution and version control
- Graph Change Management
- Act as the authority for all structural changes
- Manage schema, relationship, and property updates
- Define and enforce change control processes
- Graph RAG & AI Enablement
- Design Graph RAG retrieval strategies
- Integrate knowledge graphs with LLMs and AI systems

- Design REST/GraphQL APIs for graph access
