As Enterprise Security Architect you will define and govern the security architecture vision for complex hybrid environments, guiding roadmaps and secure‑by‑design practices across teams. You will lead advisory efforts to CIO/CISO/CTO and senior leaders, shaping security outcomes aligned with business strategy. Responsibilities
- Define and govern enterprise-wide security architecture vision, standards, and patterns; develop multi‑year roadmaps aligned to business strategy and risk posture
- Lead end‑to‑end roadmap execution with engineering, operations, and business units to deliver target‑state security capabilities
- Architect secure solutions for hybrid/multi‑cloud (focus on GCP) across identity, networking, data, applications; perform threat modelling and design reviews
- Design and validate Zero Trust architectures across identity, device, network, application, and data layers
- Define guardrails and controls aligned to NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, Zero Trust; support architecture governance boards
- Identify systemic risks and drive enterprise remediation initiatives
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps; track progress, remove blockers, and influence security budgeting
- Act as trusted advisor to CIO, CISO, CTO, and executives; communicate complex topics clearly to senior leadership
- Evaluate new security technologies and trends; promote adoption of practices that improve resilience, automation, and efficiency, including AI/ML
Key requirements
- 20+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 10 years in enterprise or solution architecture
- Expertise across multiple technological domains and large-scale transformation programmes
- Proven success leading teams to deliver architectural roadmaps and capability uplift
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements across global environments
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and senior stakeholder management skills
