In this area, we combine architecture, engineering, automation, and emerging technology expertise to help make our customers' transformation needs a reality.

The Google Cloud Platform Technical Architect is a customer-facing domain expert who applies broad technical skills to design and deliver modern cloud platforms, from cloud foundations and modern provisioning to migration and modernisation strategies, as well as cloud-native, data-driven, and AI-enabled solutions that meet business needs by applying the most appropriate cloud deployment models and Google Cloud services for each case.

You will also help clients understand how cloud platforms can support AI adoption, including generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, AI-assisted operations, and responsible AI practices. The Cloud Architect is a subject matter expert in one or more categories that may include strategy and transformation, cloud-native solutions, migration and modernization, cloud foundations and infrastructure, FinOps, cloud DevOps, automation, security, data platforms, application modernisation, AI-ready platforms, and generative AI solution architecture.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cloud Architect with demonstrable skills in designing new cloud solutions and leading technical discussions with clients. A keen interest in Infrastructure as Code, DevOps tools, culture, methodology, automation, and the practical application of AI across cloud platforms is essential for this role.

You will play a key role in delivering cloud projects and helping our clients in their journey to Google Cloud. You should be motivated to help deliver highly available cloud solutions, contribute to technical definitions, assessments, workshops, and cloud migration implementations, and continuously look for opportunities to automate processes, remediate technical debt, improve operational efficiency, and identify areas where AI and automation can accelerate business outcomes.

We offer a highly innovative environment with the opportunity to work across different sectors, including financial services, public sector, insurance, telco and media. You will work closely with a team of highly skilled engineers and cloud architects, contributing to internal innovation projects as well as client delivery. Come and join a dynamic, motivating, and challenging environment, working with the latest technologies and solving complex business challenges using cloud, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

In-depth experience designing Google Cloud landing zones and cloud foundations, including resource hierarchy, projects, billing, IAM, shared VPC, hub-and-spoke networking, service perimeters, guardrails, logging, monitoring, governance, and security controls.

Experience designing AI-ready cloud and data platforms that support ingestion, storage, governance, analytics, model deployment, monitoring, and integration with enterprise applications. Understanding of generative AI solution patterns, such as retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise search, intelligent assistants, document processing, content generation, and AI-enabled workflow automation. Awareness of AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, security, model risk, auditability, and compliance considerations for AI-enabled cloud solutions.

Ability to identify opportunities to use automation, AI-assisted engineering, AIOps, and cloud-native tooling to improve reliability, observability, delivery speed, and operational efficiency. How to prepare for a job interview at NTT DATA

✨Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

✨Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If NTT DATA uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.
