NTT DATA is currently looking for a Lead SRE Engineer on a hybrid working model for our growing team in the UK.

Job responsibilities:
  • Define and implement SRE principles (SLI/SLO and Error Budgets)
  • Responsible for designing and developing dashboards in the tools
  • Optimize monitoring and alerting solutions
  • Demonstrate and promote best practice for monitoring solutions
  • Coordinate with various teams for requirement gathering
  • Provide guidance and SME for the SRE processes
  • KT sessions on the activities with the stakeholders
Skills:
  • Deep knowledge of practical implementation of SLI/SLO and error budget in a production environment
  • Experience in implementation of monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Datadog
  • Experience in the implementation of logging tools like Splunk, ELK
  • Gathering project requirements from stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of version control
  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Strong technical leadership experience in the SRE/resiliency space
  • Experience in AWS and PCF is a plus
  • Experience in optimising alerts is plus
  • Experience in creating dashboards in Grafana is plus
  • Experience in Banking domain is a plus
Workplace: Hybrid working - 3 days/week in NTT DATA's office in London (1 King William Street), 2 days/week remote. Additionally, every 2 weeks 1 day on client site in Sheffield.
