b Overview /b p In this role you will lead the enterprise delivery and rollout of an Internal Developer Platform (IDP), balancing technical delivery leadership with programme management. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to evolve the platform from roadmap to pilot and enterprise adoption, ensuring technical readiness and governance. You will act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, shaping the platform as a product and driving measurable improvements in delivery velocity. This is about enabling self-service, standardisation and developer experience at scale. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li tailored benefits /li li flexible work options /li li Learning and Development opportunities /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Own end-to-end IDP delivery from roadmap through pilot, rollout, adoption and transition to operations /li li Act as a trusted delivery partner to senior client technology stakeholders with clear progress visibility /li li Translate strategic objectives into a prioritized IDP roadmap and delivery plan /li li Plan and manage enterprise onboarding of teams and applications in controlled waves /li li Own programme-level prioritisation across platform capabilities, integrations and onboarding /li li Coordinate cross-workstream delivery across Platform Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Security, Architecture, and Developer Experience /li li Establish governance covering milestones, RAID, dependencies, decisions, financials and forecasting /li li Track adoption, developer experience and delivery efficiency /li li Ensure technical dependencies, non-functional requirements and operational readiness are incorporated /li li Lead and coordinate distributed teams across onshore, nearshore and offshore locations /li li Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve competing priorities /li li Ensure transition to run includes appropriate support models, governance and documentation /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Strong background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE or related field /li li Deep understanding of Internal Developer Platforms, developer self-service, service catalogues, golden paths, platform APIs /li li 10+ years in technology roles with experience leading complex enterprise technology programmes or platform transformations /li li Experience managing large, multi-workstream technology programmes /li li Experience with enterprise platform rollout from pilot to broad adoption /li li Knowledge of modern Platform Engineering principles, automation and self-service /li li Working knowledge of CI/CD, IaC, Git-based workflows, containers, cloud platforms and delivery automation /li li Credible client-facing leadership with senior stakeholders /li li Delivery governance experience across plans, milestones, RAID, resources and reporting /li li Stakeholder alignment across multiple teams and business units /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li leadership /li li clear communication /li li Platform Engineering /li li DevOps /li li Cloud Engineering /li /ul
