What you'll be doing:
- Designing world-class app experiences and beautifully crafted interfaces.
- Working on every stage of the design process, from research to delivery.
- Collaborating within cross-functional teams or squads, each working towards a common goal.
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of work experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
- An insatiable passion for digital design and the latest trends.
- Strong visual skills, creative thinking, and design background.
- Detail-oriented, always striving for quality and consistency.
- Strong portfolio (with web and mobile experience).
- Proficiency with UX/UI design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Framer X, or XD.
- Able to create prototypes to explain and sell your work.
- Understanding of the design process from start to finish, including user testing and UX research.
- Comfortably splitting skills between UX and UI – roughly 60% UX / 40% UI.
- Passionate about analysing data to make informed design decisions.
- Good in front of clients and stakeholders, creating strong relationships.
