We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead a large-scale application development and support engagement within a major public sector programme. This role requires a strong delivery leader who can operate across multiple technology towers, engage confidently in technical discussions with delivery teams, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. Lead end-to-end delivery of application development and support services in a complex, multi-technology environment. Manage resources, including planning, allocation and utilisation across teams. Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Track and manage financial performance, including P&L, revenue and margin. Ensure delivery meets agreed SLAs, KPIs and quality standards. Extensive experience in IT delivery, across both application development and support. Proven progression from a hands-on technical role into delivery leadership. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior non-technical clients. Ability to switch between deep technical discussions and executive-level communication. Experience in resource management and financial oversight (P&L, revenue, margin).Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices.
