Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate or Manager to join our Business Consulting practice, specialising in Public Sector Change and Transformation. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice and solutions to clients undergoing significant organisational change, with a particular focus on the adoption and integration of new technologies to enable transformation and sustainable improvement.
What you’ll be doing
- Analysis and Problem Solving: Assist with the development of solutions and recommendations that consider business needs, user needs, and technology constraints.
- Developing Strategy: Support clients in defining transformation roadmaps that address organisational challenges and business objectives, including the effective adoption of technology to drive change and enhance performance.
- Digital Delivery: Set the direction and scope for delivery teams, managing discovery and refinement of scope, progressing options, and ensuring there is a value-based prioritisation approach.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support clients through organisational transformations, with a strong emphasis on enabling technology adoption and cultural readiness.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership and best practices in change, transformation, and technology adoption.
What you’ll bring
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business consulting, ideally from a management consulting firm. Experience in supporting or leading the adoption of new technologies as part of wider business or digital transformation programmes. Experience in supporting the adoption of new technologies and ways of working within the UK public sector.
- Education: Evidence of professional development. Bachelor’s degree in technology, Science, Business, Management, or similar or equivalent professional experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools. Knowledge of digital delivery and associated agile methodologies. Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, supporting user adoption and operational success. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Ability to collaborate well with technical and user‑focused roles, with familiarity of user‑centred approaches. Knowledge of product management and agile approaches are highly desirable.
