Experience: 10+ years (5+ years in AI/LLM platforms, RAG, or agentic systems)Role Overview
We are seeking an Agentic Platform Lead to design and deliver the consumption layer for AI agents, defining how agents query, interpret, and interact with knowledge graphs and enterprise data. This role will focus on tool-calling schemas, RAG pipelines, and context strategies, ensuring scalable, reliable, and low-hallucination AI systems. The role also requires strong leadership, including coaching, mentoring, and building internal team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Agentic Architecture & Design
- Design the agent consumption layer for querying knowledge graphs and data systems
- Define tool/function-calling schemas and interaction patterns
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines and context orchestration strategies
- AI Quality & Guardrails
- Implement hallucination guardrails and validation mechanisms
- Develop agent evaluation frameworks and testing harnesses
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and traceability of agent outputs
- Platform Integration
- Integrate knowledge graphs with enterprise agentic platforms
- Enable seamless interaction across LLMs, APIs, and data systems
- Ensure performance, scalability, and robustness of agent workflows
- Team Leadership
- Lead a team of AI and platform engineers
