The team you'll be working with: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Consultant with central Government experience (Senior Manager level) to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on providing strategic data consulting and advisory services to our clients, with experience across the following areas:
- Data & AI Strategy
- Data Operating Models
- Data Governance & Management
- Advanced Analytics & AI
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data consulting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members. The candidate should have experience of working on Government IT deliveries. You will be expected to shape propositions, support sales activities, deliver client projects, lead teams and manage cross-functional client staff and stakeholders in our public sector business, focused on enterprise scale deliveries to Central Government. This role is London based but may involve travel within the UK and Europe and will require flexibility.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and deliver data consulting projects, including data strategy development, Data Operating Models, and data literacy programmes.
- Advise clients on best practices for data management, data quality, and data governance.
- Translate complex data opportunities into clear business outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Lead high-performing teams from multiple locations to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities, including authoring proposals and ITT and RFP responses.
- Provide thought leadership and stay current with industry trends and advancements in data and analytics.
- Define and develop Data & AI frameworks and methodologies to grow our practice.
