Overview
As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Revenue Cloud Specialist to join our team in London. This role is pivotal in aligning business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring the effective implementation and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud for our clients. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to maximize business value and deliver high-quality, scalable revenue management solutions across the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME): Be the go-to expert on Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including the Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Configure Price and Quote (CPQ), Order Management, Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition, providing strategic guidance on best practices and solution design.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Architect and implement solutions that leverage Salesforce Revenue Cloud to optimize Quote-to-Cash processes, ensuring they are aligned with the client\\\βs business objectives and industry standards.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce Revenue Cloud, focusing on critical areas such as Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition, to meet specific client needs and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Project Leadership: Offer technical leadership across the project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to final delivery, ensuring solutions adhere to best practices and are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with product teams and industry specialists to identify and drive growth opportunities, optimizing revenue management processes and exploring innovative use cases.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to upskill team members and enhance understanding of Revenue Cloud\\\βs capabilities.
- Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Salesforce advancements to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise as a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Specialist, with hands-on experience in EPC, CPQ, Order Management, Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition.
- Lifecycle Implementations: Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and/or Billing.
- Quote-to-Cash Proficiency: Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash processes, with proven skills in conducting client discussions, gathering complex requirements, and translating them into scalable, efficient solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components and Integration tools.
- Certifications: Salesforce Revenue Cloud certification or relevant certifications in CPQ and Billing are highly desirable.
- Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a collaborative approach and a keen eye for problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
- Preferred Requirements: Additional Salesforce Product Experience, such as familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud.
