This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce DevOps engineer with a background in Salesforce development, infrastructure automation and DevOps tools, culture, and methodology. You will play a key role in delivering projects and helping our clients in their DevOps adoption journey. You should be looking to help automate the delivery of highly available cloud solutions, be involved in technical definitions with developers and stakeholders, serve as an escalation point for high severity incidents, and implement DevOps in the cloud; always looking to automate processes, address and remediate existing technical debt, and identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud environments (5+ years).
- Hands-on experience with a broad range of AWS services across Compute, Management & Governance, Storage, Security, Identity & Compliance, Networking & Content Delivery, FinOps, Containers & Database products.
- Infrastructure as Code experience using CloudFormation, Terraform, or other tools.
- Experience building solutions based on containerization.
- Define pipelines and DevOps principles for CI/CD using common tools (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, CodeDeploy).
- Experience working with Salesforce as a developer or DevOps engineer.
- Experience with full development lifecycle and delivery using Agile.
- Experience with monitoring and log analytics tools (Splunk, ElasticSearch, Kibana, AppDynamics, New Relic, Prometheus).
- Experience in an SRE role providing incident management support and escalation.
- Maintain composure in stressful situations, respond to client needs quickly and effectively, and adapt as required.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience with serverless architectures in the cloud (Nice to have).
- AWS certifications (Nice to have).
- Experience with configuration management tooling (Chef, Puppet, Ansible).
- Aware of Cloud Landing Zone concepts and the pros/cons/constraints.
- Experience with Salesforce development or DevOps for Salesforce.
