We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Law or Economics, and who has completed at least a one-year placement or internship in a business environment.

The successful candidate will support the procurement process, assist with contract drafting and review, and help ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant legal and commercial requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to develop their career in procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier research, bid evaluation, purchase order management, and contract administration.
  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and updating procurement contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are clear, accurate, and aligned with company policies.
  • Help maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and support supplier selection/onboarding and performance monitoring activities.
  • Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting initiatives to improve value without compromising quality.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure business needs are met effectively.
  • Prepare procurement reports, track key metrics, and support presentations for management review.
  • Ensure procurement activities are carried out in line with company policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of procurement, commercial, or legal principles.
  • Interest in contract drafting, supplier management, and negotiation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
