Gen AI Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI specialist to join our dynamic Gen AI COE inside NTT DATA UK&I. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing AI solutions, ideally using AWS technology, and a deep understanding of generative AI techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deploy solution into new customer tenant using a reusable method
• Onboard customer documents into the solution, ensuring diagrams are properly parsed
• Configure Langchain for vector processing and graph extraction
• Create agents to generate new outputs from the existing knowledge graph
• Tune prompts to help customers find the information they are looking for
• Collaborate with off‑shore teams and share knowledge with other AI developers worldwide

Qualifications

• Real technical facility to solve problems without significant oversight or leadership
• Understanding of AI, AI ethics, and data safety in the use of Large Language Models
• Experience with AWS or Azure (AWS: boto3, Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2; Azure: OpenAI service, Cosmos DB)
• Proficiency in Python, Langgraph, Neo4j/Cypher, and other coding languages/frameworks (e.g. Java/.Net)
• Knowledge of AI RAG (retrieval‑augmented generation), Graph RAG, few‑shot detection, embedding models/LLMs
