The Operations Lead will drive operational excellence by overseeing the intersection of talent acquisition, client billing/invoicing, and day-to-day service delivery. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, accurate financial processing, and efficient recruitment scaling to meet company goals. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership & Strategy
- Day-to-Day Operations: Manage daily operations, implementing workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current operations (recruitment or billing) and process enhancements.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to monitor operational health, including recruitment velocity and billing accuracy, using data to drive decisions.
- Incident Management: Handle operational incidents and escalations, facilitating root cause analysis and resolution.
- Hiring Strategy: Lead recruitment efforts, focusing on high-volume hiring (e.g., servicing operations) and aligning hiring with capacity needs.
- Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Billing Management: Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable, specifically managing high-volume transactions.
