We are currently seeking a Delivery Manager - SAP Finance Transformation to join our team in London, London, City of (GB-LND), United Kingdom (GB).
Experience
- Mandatory: 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance Transformation, Enterprise Consulting, or Digital Transformation Programs.
- Proven experience as Principal Consultant, Engagement Manager, Solution Architect, or Program Lead.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Finance modules including FI, CO, AP, AR, GL, and Treasury.
- Strong knowledge of Finance operating models, governance, integrations, and transformation roadmaps.
- Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Automation.
- Expertise in business case development, program governance, and stakeholder management.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled Finance transformation using Agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Job Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation strategy, architecture, and modernization initiatives.
- Drive Finance process optimization across AP, AR, GL, Treasury, FI, and CO.
- Identify and implement AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation opportunities.
- Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, and value realization plans.
- Manage portfolios, RAID processes, executive reporting, risks, dependencies, and vendors.
- Lead clean-core SAP adoption, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Provide strategic advisory support and drive organizational change management.
