We are currently seeking a Microsoft Exchange Online and On-Premises L2 Engineer (with German) to join our team in Remote, București (RO-B), Romania.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Exchange Online and on-premises environments, ensuring email services are secure, reliable, and optimized for business needs.
- Administer Exchange Online and on-premises servers; manage mail flow, security, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve email-related incidents; perform migrations and upgrades.
- Monitor system health and performance; document configurations and changes.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Exchange Online and Exchange Server.
- Understanding of email security and compliance.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Degree in IT/Computing or equivalent; Microsoft Certified: Exchange Online Administrator Associate.
- 3+ years managing Exchange environments; experience with hybrid deployments and migrations.
- Advanced administration of Exchange Online and Exchange Server; Hybrid deployments and migrations; PowerShell scripting; Integration with Active Directory and Azure AD.
