We are currently seeking a Level 2 Enterprise Apps Packaging and License Management Engineer to join our team in Remote, București (RO-B), Romania.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for packaging, deploying, and managing licenses for Microsoft and Adobe applications/software.
- Ensures compliance, optimizes license usage, and supports enterprise app lifecycle management.
- Package and deploy Microsoft and Adobe applications across enterprise environments.
- Manage software licenses ensuring compliance and cost optimization.
- Monitor software usage and generate reports for audits.
- Troubleshoot packaging and deployment issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for license renewals and escalations.
- Maintain documentation for packaging standards and license management processes.
Qualifications and skills:
- Strong understanding of application packaging tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe licensing models.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and process-oriented.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing.
