NTT DATA is currently looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager - Infrastructure (hybrid: remote + Sheffield) for our growing team in the UK.

Overview

The Senior Technical Project Manager - Infrastructure plans, executes, and oversees complex technology projects (such as data centers, networks, and systems) from start to finish, bridging the gap between technical teams and business goals by managing scope, budget, timelines, resources, and risks, ensuring delivery within quality and time constraints.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and detailed work plans.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Allocate resources, manage budgets, and track costs (ETC/EAC).
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact, holding meetings and providing regular status updates to management and clients.
  • Team Leadership: Guide technical teams, delegate tasks, and ensure project standards are met.
  • Deliverable Quality: Review team deliverables for completeness and quality.
  • Methodology Adherence: Apply established project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
