NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking an experienced Power Systems Design Engineer. The role focuses on power distribution and transmission infrastructure with expertise in UK Grid standards.
Responsibilities
- Design of power distribution and transmission infrastructure.
- Design and testing of power protection systems.
- Load flow, thermal constraints, and voltage analysis.
- Switchgear and substation design up to UK Grid Supply Point (GSP) level – 132/133 kV.
- Protection relay settings.
- Real‑time systems integration for power distribution.
- Hands‑on physical implementation of connections and reinforcement.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience across the above areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Power Systems Engineering (ideal).
