Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Solution Architect in England

Our team is looking for a Technical Solutions Architect with a strong Dynamics 365 background to help clients in Public Services, Automotive, Insurance and other industries. You’ll be integral to the delivery of enterprise‑level client projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with business and technical stakeholders to lead future product direction and technology capability.
• Design, delivery and governance of industry‑leading end‑to‑end technical solutions using Dynamics 365 and the wider Microsoft stack.
• Promote and coordinate all technical streams within a programme to achieve successful delivery of an integrated solution, including leading the project delivery team.
• Leverage your knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Work with the wider Microsoft stack such as Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, WebJobs, Power Apps, Power BI and Power Portals, and cutting‑edge technologies involving AI, IoT and RPA.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities and contribute to proposal and bid writing.

What experience you’ll bring:

• Eligibility for Security Clearance; 5 years of continuous UK residency and a valid passport.
• Customer‑facing or professional services experience with excellent written and oral communication skills, able to explain technical components to non‑technical users and author high‑quality design documentation.
• Experience with the wider Azure/Office 365 stack (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Portals, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, WebJobs).
• Highly proficient in designing and deploying Dynamics 365, with experience in all configuration and customization methods.
• Skillful at presenting solutions and rationale to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Full project life‑cycle delivery experience – pre‑sales, estimation, proposal & bid writing, project and team management.
• Hands‑on approach and familiarity with Scrum project delivery methodology.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Power Pages / Power Automate / Power Apps.
