You will monitor progress toward revenue and margin targets, ensure work order coverage across the client base, and uphold accountability for budgeted margins across projects.
You will own delivery across revenue streams, lead solution development to meet customer needs, define project deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional involvement. You will collaborate with sales support and service lines to structure client-aligned solutions and present them in compelling proposals. Account operations management includes setting objectives, creating work breakdown structures, ensuring timely timesheets, and managing work in progress and work at risk.
What experience you\'ll bring:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a track record in new business sales with deal sizes in the range of £5m – £20m and/or strong experience growing existing government accounts, particularly within central government or government infrastructure (rail/road).
