NTT DATA Europe & Latam in the United Kingdom is seeking a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Lead to govern and continually improve DEX services across Managed Services accounts, with a primary focus on Nexthink, using experience data, telemetry and automation to enhance employee experience and operational outcomes.
You will shape account roadmaps, own DEX plans and reporting, and collaborate with EUC, Service Desk and other teams to drive measurable value.
