You’ll be joining the growing UK&I Public Sector team — a group of highly skilled professionals who are well regarded across the industry.

What you'll be doing:

  • You’ll work across multiple strategic Public Sector deals, leading the creation of high‑quality bid and proposal content across a variety of government commercial frameworks.
  • As part of this, you’ll gather insight from SMEs and distil it into clear, concise and compelling bid responses that help us win across multiple procurement routes.
  • You’ll also play a key role in upskilling the wider Public Sector team in the craft of writing winning proposals.

What experience you'll bring:

  • We’re looking for a standout bid professional with a proven ability to craft winning content in the Public Sector IT Services market.
  • You’ll have experience shaping bids up to £50m in value, with the agility to turn your expertise to smaller but strategically critical opportunities too.
  • You’ll need to hold — or be eligible to obtain — UK Security Clearance so you can contribute to high‑profile Government programmes.
  • You’ll bring forward‑thinking expertise in leveraging GenAI, along with the latest best‑practice tools and techniques, to elevate the quality and impact of every bid you touch.
