Job Summary:
The Senior Expert Transportation Management plays a key role within the NTT Data Digital Core Practice, responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions, supporting customer engagements, and delivering high-quality Transportation Management solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support Solution Architects and collaborate with sales teams to translate business requirements into Transportation Management solutions, including preparing statements of work and leading workshops with stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership on Supply Chain strategy and Transportation Management roadmaps.
- Ensure quality and industry best practices in Transportation Management solutions as the design authority.
- Stay updated with new technologies, share expertise, and support business growth opportunities.
- Deliver expertise in Freight Unit Building, Order Management, Planning, Cockpit layout, Tendering, Charge Calculation, and Settlement, with knowledge of deployment options and logistics scenarios.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Effective communication, influence, and mentoring skills; trusted advisor in Transportation Management architecture.
- Proven success in delivering SAP Transportation Management projects, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Integrity, result-driven, and capable of making reliable decisions in complex environments.

Personal Profile/Experience:
- Over 6 years of professional experience in SAP Transportation Management consulting, ideally with a value-added reseller or software house.
- Experience in solution design, architecture, and successful delivery of multiple project lifecycles.
