POSITION DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

As the Senior Solution Architect/Lead Consultant in the Analytics practice, you will play a key role in shaping our SAP Analytics strategy, leading solution design, and delivering complex projects to our customers. Leveraging SAP Datasphere, Analytics Cloud, and a deep foundation in BW/4HANA and/or Native HANA, you\’ll drive innovative data solutions and enable transformative, insight-driven decision-making across our client base.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

• Capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Act as a Delivery/Solution Lead to define, design, and deliver integrated solutions in line with client requirements.
• Address complex system landscapes and business requirements confidently.
• Solve business problems using technical acumen and analytical methodologies.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for delivery teams, ensuring high-quality execution and rapid resolution of complex challenges.
• Project manage small to medium-sized analytics projects.
• Develop strong client relationships and manage complex or sensitive situations.
• Engage in continuous learning to keep pace with new technologies and developments.
• Share and communicate expert knowledge to develop others and improve business processes.
• Support business growth through proposition development, thought leadership, and engagement in pre-sales and IP creation activities.
• Identify opportunities for follow-on and extended business, helping expand our client relationships and drive growth.
• Participate in multi-resource projects or internal teams, supporting growth and development in line with the company\’s strategy.

PERSONAL PROFILE – SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

To be considered for this role, you will need a minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP Analytics technologies, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role managing project engagements and designing and architecting complex data and analytics solutions.

• Must-Have:
• 10+ years SAP Analytics experience
• Strong experience (minimum of 1-2 projects) in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Proven track record in data warehouse design and advanced data modelling
• Expertise in SAP BW/4HANA or Native SAP HANA
• Nice-to-Have:
• SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics
• SAP ABAP and/or Core Data Services (CDS)
• SAP Business Data Cloud, Databricks
• Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Power BI, etc.

PERSONAL PROFILE – EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of consulting experience in SAP BW or Native HANA and related SAP Analytics technologies, with recent experience working with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Successful delivery of 8-10 full project lifecycles on medium to large-sized projects.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Technical Architect within an SAP Analytics environment.
• Production of high-quality project and bid documentation, plus QA review of project documents.
• Proven client-facing skills with experience delivering presentations to clients.
• Experience in leading and coordinating integrated workshops and requirements gathering exercises.
