Job Summary
Join NTT DATA Business Solutions as a SuccessFactors LMS Expert, where you\\\βll play a key role in delivering impactful solutions to clients, driving business growth, and shaping the future of our HCM practice. Duties / Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality SuccessFactors LMS projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for LMS, guiding projects from scoping to delivery.
- Lead activities such as customer workshops, solution design, configuration, integration, and support for LMS projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to promote collaboration and mutual success.
- Support NTT DATA Business Solutions in thought leadership activities, including industry forums, seminars, blogs, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects and Product Owners to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in business development activities, such as proposal generation, solution planning and demonstrations.
- Conduct workshops and document detailed designs, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
- Stay current with developments in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including significant expertise in SuccessFactors LMS and a good understanding of related modules.
- SuccessFactors Certification in LMS is required; additional certifications in modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, Performance and Goals are advantageous.
- Proven ability to design and deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other systems including external learning content providers.
- Understanding of LMS data migration, configuration, and reporting tools, such as SuccessFactors People Stories.
Required Skills / Attributes
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors LMS, including hands-on configuration, integration and testing.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Team-oriented, with a willingness to mentor and collaborate with others.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Self-starter with a passion for learning and applying new innovations, particularly in AI and next-generation talent technology.
