Job Summary:

As a Senior Change & Training Consultant, you will lead change activities across IT-led transformation programs, engaging and supporting stakeholders and applying relevant change management approaches within Statements of Work.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Depending on the program, you may supervise other OCM professionals within the NDBS team or the client organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with client stakeholders to deliver change initiatives successfully.
  • Apply OCM methodology to manage change activities aligned with program goals and SOW.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and commitment.
  • Provide leadership to change teams as needed.
  • Support Change and Training tools (e.g., Enable Now, WalkMe).
  • Share best practices within the OCM team.
  • Contribute to business development, RFP responses, and pre-sales activities.
  • Recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.

  • Experience leading change networks and developing training strategies.
  • Knowledge of business processes and SAP system processes.
  • Analytical skills to resolve complex challenges during change initiatives.

  • Desirable: experience in SAP-related change projects.
